Samala Interior Design & Build is just like its name a business focusing on providing seamless interior design and construction services based in Surabaya, Indonesia. They're been in business for more than 20 years and already providing their professional services all over Indonesia. In this project we first introduced to their business and was challenged to update their business profile online to the younger generations.
1. Branding Process
To better capture young markets, we decided to use Instagram as a main social platform to share Samala projects and services. Interior projects are mostly about visuals and feels, we believe by sharing how houses and business look will be interesting to share and show to digital audiences as business portfolio. One of the challenges of interior construction is that their projects and results cannot be finished in a short period of time. We cannot creating portfolio and real results to the audiences on a daily basis, so we also added some inspirational post to help audiences to gain knowledge about their interior design in a daily basis.
We also provide them with some templates for Social Media Story Post and Highlights to self capture their ongoing projects during inspections.
